Initial notice · Company and service-provider details are still being verified. This page will be updated as those checks are completed.
Who is responsible
ATHERYA S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Calchera 3, 24067 Sarnico (Bergamo), Italy, is the controller for enquiries addressed to ATHERYA through this website. For privacy questions or rights requests, write to contact@atherya.io.
When you contact us
The contact form prepares an email containing your name, work email, company and message in your own email application. The page does not submit those fields to an ATHERYA server or store them in browser storage. ATHERYA receives your message only when you send the email. Your email application may save a draft under its own settings.
We use information you send to answer your enquiry and discuss the services you request. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential plant data in an initial enquiry.
When you browse
The website is served through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Delivering and securing a website involves technical data such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and access times. The basis for necessary delivery and security processing is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable website (Article 6(1)(f)). Provider-specific logging and retention details are being verified.
The current page loads Manrope through Google Fonts. This makes requests to Google servers, exposing technical connection information including your IP address. Google states that its Fonts API is not used to create advertising profiles. See Google’s explanation and the Cookies notice.
Access, recipients and international processing
Correspondence may be accessed by the people authorised to handle your enquiry and the email provider used to deliver and store it. Hosting providers process technical information needed to operate the site. Provider identities, processing locations and any applicable international-transfer safeguards remain under review; contact us for the current information available. We do not claim that all processing takes place in the EU.
How long information is kept
The retention criterion for an enquiry is the time needed to respond and manage the related discussion. Any continued retention must relate to an ongoing commercial relationship, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Operational deletion periods and provider log-retention periods are being confirmed; this initial notice does not assign an unverified fixed period.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to contact@atherya.io. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority where you live or work. This marketing website does not use your contact details for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Scope and updates
This notice covers the marketing website and initial enquiries. Processing within an ATHERYA product, a pilot project or a customer installation is subject to separate agreements and notices. Updates to this page will show a revised date.
